Terms of use

The agreement between you, the business and maakjeafspraak.nu.

Who we are

maakjeafspraak.nu is the booking site of mijnklant.vip, a service by Moof (Rekkem, Belgium). Businesses use mijnklant.vip to manage their calendar and customers.

Your appointment

You make your appointment with the business itself. They set their services, prices and cancellation rules, and whether they review a request first.

Cancel

Cancel or reschedule within the notice period the business sets, by contacting the business. If you don't show up, the business may record it.

Discount codes

Codes come from the businesses themselves and apply under their terms. You can use one code per appointment.

Fair use

Only book appointments you really intend to keep. To prevent abuse, you can have at most three open online appointments per business.
