Booking appointments
Do I need an account to book?
No. You pick a service and a time, then fill in your name, email address and mobile number. That's all.
Is my appointment confirmed straight away?
That's up to the business. At most businesses your appointment is confirmed straight away. Some review your request first. You'll see this under "Good to know" on their page.
Why can't I see any free times?
The business is then fully booked in the period you can book, or closed. Feel free to call them, the number is on their page.
Will I get a reminder?
If the business turns it on, you'll get a reminder beforehand by text or WhatsApp.
Rescheduling and cancelling
How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Contact the business directly. Their phone number and email address are on their page.
How late can I cancel?
Each business decides that for itself. You'll see it on their page and when you confirm your appointment, for example up to 24 hours before.
Discount codes
Where do the discount codes come from?
All codes come from the businesses themselves, for example through their newsletter, social media or a flyer.
Where do I enter my code?
With your details, just before you confirm. Click Apply and you'll see the discount right away.
Can I combine two codes?
No. You can use one discount code per appointment.
Payment
Do I have to pay online?
No. You pay on site at the business.
For businesses
How does my business get onto maakjeafspraak.nu?
Create an account on mijnklant.vip and fill in your business, services and opening hours. As soon as you're done, your booking page is live here and customers can find you in the directory.
Do I need to keep my details up to date here separately?
No. maakjeafspraak.nu reads straight from mijnklant.vip. If you change a service, a price, your opening hours, your logo or your colours, it shows here right away.
Do I see bookings straight away?
Yes. Anyone who books here appears in your calendar in mijnklant.vip right away.
Can I stay out of the directory?
Yes. In mijnklant.vip, go to Settings, Online booking and turn off "Show my business in the directory". Your own booking link keeps working.
